Resolutions: 1. What we find is only outside OWA has
this issue. If we run OWA internally, it works fine. We think it is
something to do with the default gateway settings. After we did some testes,
we fixes the problem by disabling Filter IDENT (Port 113) and Filter
Anonymous Internet Requests as shown below.

2. SonicWALL Security Appliance Platforms:
E-Class Secure Remote Access (EX SSL-VPN): 1600, 2500, SRA 6000, SRA 7000.
E-Class Services: Extraweb Web Translation
Firmware/Software Version: 10.5.2-035
Services: Extraweb Web Translation
Here is the workaround to address this issue, please follow the steps on the
AMC console
• Login to AMC console
• Go to Services-->Web proxy service -->Configure -- >Web Application
Profile->Choose the profile that has to be modified->Uncheck "Translate
JavaScript code" under Content translation
• Save the profile and apply pending changes
• Login to workplace
• Access OWA-2010 it should work normally without any errors.
3. In Internet Explorer under the 'Tools' drop down menu, I selected 'Manage
Add-ons'.
From there make sure 'Toolbars and Extensions' on the left is highlighted.
On the right I selected all of my Divx add-ons and disabled them.
I closed my browser and re-opened it. I can now use Outlook Web Access !
