Canon printers keep losing the connection
Situation: the client reported all their Canon printers have the same issue.
It keeps losing the network connection. when ping it, it gets a lot time out
and the printers reset itself.
Cause: We found one of switches shows "inline power controller test failed".
Reset the switch doesn't fix the problem until we shut it down. This link
