Unable to log you on because of an account restriction

Can't logon TS/RDC with blank password

Symptom: when attempting to logon a Terminal Server or Remote Desktop, you may receive this message: “Unable to log you on because of an account restriction”.

Cause: The logon username has a blank password.

Resolution: re-set password.
