 SBS RWW doesn't work after rebooting Comcast modem

Situation: After rebooting Comcast modem, the client can't access their SBS 2003 RWW.

Troubleshooting: 1. Have tried to run CEICW and we can access RWW internally.
2. All RWW required ports are open in the router.
3. Finally, we tested it by opening ports on Comcast modem as shown below. It works after opening the ports in the modem. Note: the default username to login Comcast modem is cusadmin and password is highspeed.
