Can't delete and create gateway in Azure Site to Site VPN - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client creates a site to site VPN on Microsoft Azure. They would like to delete the Gateway and re-create it. But they can't do so.

Resolution: Login Microsoft Azure. Go to Network, click Virtual Network name. Click Configure. Under site-to-site connectivity, uncheck the Use ExpressRoute.
