SCCM Instillation Error: BITS Installed and BITS enabled - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When installing SCCM 2007 on Windows 2008, you may receive this error: BITS Installed and BITS enabled.

Resolution: you need to install RDC on the Windows 2008 R2 server. To do it, open Server Manager and navigate to Features>Background Intelligent Transfer Services (BITS). Then follow the wizard.
