Exchange and Network issues because Multicast setting

Situation: There are two Dell servers as hosts and setup failover cluster for Exchange 2010. The users complaints the email is slow and we get a lot time out when ping the Exchange CAS.

Troubleshooting: We found the two CAS servers have different cluster operation mode, one is setup Multicast and another is Unicast. Based on our Cisco switch configuration, both CAS should use Unicast.
