 Event ID 1000 - Your computer has lost the lease to its IP address <IP address> on the Network Card with network address <MAC address>. 

Causes and Solutions:

1. When  your wake your computer up from the hibernate, standby, sleep mode, you may receive this error. Try to upgrade the firmware or driver. Or simplify renew the IP address.

2. Some security software may cause this issue. Disable this software for test.

3. If it is Vista computer. it may be the DHCP or NIC is not compatible with the Vista. Disable the hibernate, standby, sleep mode
