Hyper-V M failed to change state - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When attempting to export VM in Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V, the client receives this message: An error occurred while attempting to start sleeted virtual machine. VM name failed to change the state.

Troubleshooting: If we right click on the VM, we see "Cancel Exporting". the client was trying to export the VM, but never finish it. After clicking "Cancel Exported,  we can start the VM.
