When trying to install VMware ESX 3.5 on a HP blade server, the message "An unhandled exception has occurred. This is most likely a bug.....Failed to load image '/usr/share/anaconda/pixmaps/map480.png" as showed below. Any suggestions?

In most cases, the CD or download files are damaged.
