No driver found when installing VMware on HP BL480c

 When trying to install VMware in a HP Blade480c with 4 Hard Disks, I receive the "No driver found" as showed below even I have  selected HP Smart Array Controller (hpsa). How do you install VMware on the Blade480c?

Fixed: The Virtualization in the BIOS is disabled by default. Enabling it fixes the problem.
