1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet by ping a web site, for
example, ping chicagotech.net.
2. Check any errors in Event Viewer.
3. Make sure no firewall blocks the MSN Messenger
4. Reset Auto Tuning.
5. Install the latest version of MSN Messenger.
6. Install the latest available updates for your operating system.
7. Make you have latest driver for the NIC and firmware for the router.

Case 3: My problem is the IPv6 and Auto Tuning were disabled.

to control Center>Privacy>Disable ad blocking, and cookie Control.
