VM NIC doesn't work in Windows 8 Hyper-V - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running SBS 2008 as VM on Windows 8 Hyper-V. He can't access the network and the Internet from the SBS 2008.

Troubleshooting: IPCONFIG shows no NIC installed on the VM. If we open Hyper-V Manager, highlight the VM and select Settings on the right pane.

We see Network Adapter Not connected. To fix it, we need to add the Virtual network switch on the Host.
