Situation: When attempting to activate Windows 8, you may receive this message:

Error code: 0xC004F074
Error description: The Software Licensing Service reported that the product could not be activated. No Key Management Service (KMS) could be contacted...

Or Windows 8 PC settings shows: Windows can't activate now.

Resolution: 1. Run command prompt with administrator mode.

2. Run this command: slmgr.vbs -ipk xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx

3. You will receive Install product key xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx successfully.
