Windows 7, Vista and XP Sharing Issues Case 1: When clicking workgroup name under Entire Network Places, the client get "Mshome is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permission. The list server for this workgroup is not currently available." We solved the problem by starting computer Browser service. Also check link: Computer Browser
Case 2: When trying browse to other computer, the logon screen popup. To avoid the logon screen, create the same logon username with the same password on both computers. Case 3: When trying t browse a network computer, you may receive this message: “Computer Not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out If you have access permission to this server. No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as this computer can accept.” Please refer to this link for more details: windows faqs
Case 4: The client can't browse remote computer with Event ID 8032 and 8021. We fixed it by enabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP. Please refer to this page: windows faqs
