Internal Error 1632

Symptoms: 1. When installing Exceed (version 7.0 and above), you may see the following error message just before it starts copying files: "Internal error 2755. 1632, :Hummingbird Exceed.msi".

Causes: 1. Error "2755. 1632" is usually generated by Windows when the Installer folder lacks the necessary permissions.

2. The Temp folder is either full or inaccessible.

3. This behavior can also occur if you have only Read permissions to the Winnt folder.

Resolution: 1. Verify that the Install folder exists.

2. Verify that the Temp folder exists and that you can write to it.
