3. This error will occur if the installation of an application such as VERITAS Update is attempted through Terminal Services.

Resolution: 1. Verify that the Install folder exists.

2. Check that you have adequate permissions to write to the Installer folder.

3. Verify that the Temp folder exists and that you can write to it.
