The WINS server is already in the list Symptom: When you try to assign the same WINS address in the Secondary WINS address, you may receive a "The WINS server is already in the list" error message. Resolution: when setup a WIN server, you should assign the WINS server pointing to itself as Primary WINS in the TCP/IP configuration only.
