Internal Health Led is red on HP ProLiant Server

post Error: 1610-Temperature violation detected

The description of Internal health LED status

Green = Normal

Amber = System degraded. Refer to system board LEDs to identify component in degraded state.

Red = System critical. Refer to system board LEDs to identify component in critical state.

Troubleshooting: 1. Run HP System Management Homepage to check any errors.

2. Run HP Integrated Management log Viewer to check any errors.

3.  Check Windows Event Viewer for any errors.

Case 1: The server room was too hot and the server shutdown unexpected. The HP Integrated Management log Viewer displays "post Error: 1610-Temperature violation detected".

Resolution: cool the temperature and restart the server.

Case 2: The server Internal Health Led is red and the HP Integrated Management log Viewer displays "post Error: 1610-Temperature violation detected".

Resolution: Rebooting the server displays fan failed. Also open the cover, the fan 2 light is red. Replaced it.
