Cannot access OWA

Q: Hi, my sbs 2003 is sitting behind the netgear fv318 firewall, and this firewall has got the static IP from my ISP, I tried to do the Outlook web access from internet, it just did not work, and I even could not ping this static public IP, but from the firewall (also router) I can see it has static IP obtained from the ISP from the configuration page,

What can I do?  Any help will be appreciated.

A: Can you access the OWA in the LAN? If yes, make sure you have port 443 open for HTTPS.
