Companyweb logon issue

Q: I am having a problem with some users needing to enter their username and password and others can just go to companyweb and it loads automatically. How can I change it so they all just load the site automatically?  They all have permission to access the site.

How did you add those users?

A: They were added in companyweb under sitesettings, manage users, add users.
