Can ping VPN server but can't access it

Q1: I can establish VPN and ping remote computers. However, I can't access remote computer shared folders. When using net view \\192.168.1.11 or net use \\192.168.1.11 (192.168.1.11 is VPN server IP) I receive system error 53. What's the problem?

A: I would check the firewall first. Or to test it, disable the firewall if you have one.
