"File creation error - The semaphore timeout period has expired"

Other hardware related cases:

1. I am having this problem when copying mp3s onto an SD card using a USB card reader. My problem with an SD memory card is now resolved by exchanging the card for a new one and it worked OK.

2. USB 1.1 works but not v2.0. Resolution: upgrade the firmware.

3. We receive the following error message: “Cannot access folder because the path is too long or deep” when accessing a local drive”. Upgrading BIOS'es sovled the issue.
