DC has problem to sync Azure AD

Situation: The client has a Server 2008R2 domain controller. He plans to run Azure AD Connect to sync the AD. However, Azure AD Connect has a problem to sync. dcdiag /test:DNS also shows errors.

Troubleshooting: we run ipconfig /all and find this server is mutil-home computers with two NICs. In most cases, this may cause DNS issue. Removing one of NICs fixes the problem.

Error determining whether the target server is already a domain controller

Just try to prompt a windows server 2016 to DC in an existing windows 2012 R2 DC environment. The AD service is running and domain controller lists the windows 2016 as dc. However, Task Details and Notifications shows “Post-deployment configuration. If you double click on it, I get this: “Error determining whether the target server is already a domain controller”. I have rebooted the server twice. Please any suggestions?
