Situation: The client has a Kyocera Printer installed on the printer server running Windows 2012 R2. One of windows 10 can’t install the printer driver.
Troubleshooting: We suspect windows 10 update cause the problem. Possible resolution: 1. Upgrade printer driver on the printer server.
2. Install the printer locally using IP address.
