Situation: The user has a second monitor connecting to her Laptop. Once per white, the second Monitor goes to black and the computer freezes for a while. Then all screen switch to Laptop display.
Troubleshooting: 1. She is using USB Adapter to connect to the second monitor. Whenever she has other USB devices connecting to the Laptop, it may cause the problem.
2. Make sure you have good connection.
3. Re-configure the display settings and match both display.
