Can’t open Dell OpenManage Server Administrator with “page can’t be displayed”

Situation: When attempting to run Dell OpenManage Server Administrator, the client receives “page can’t be displayed”.

Resolution 1: Upgrade the latest OpenManger Version.

Resolution 2: I finally got this fixed by indeed installing 7.4 first and then upgrade it it 9.4.

I tried numerous versions and supposed fixes, but only this worked.

Resolution 3: Make sure all of the OMSA services are running. They should all start with DSM in the services list.

Resolution 4:

Alternatively could you try checking the below command from windows command prompt (as an administrator)

“omreport storage controller”

Just incase if you are not able to resolve, try further referencing the CLI command to get to the exact Physical disk details as such

Resolution 5: Make sure you downloaded the correct OpenManager. In our case, the client downloaded OpenManager for windows 2019 but install it on a Windows server 2012 R2. Re-downloading Openmanager for Windows 2012 r2 and install. It works!
