Situation: Whenever the user clicks Manage Rules and Alerts in Outlook, the Outlook crashes and restart.
Troubleshooting: 1. Go to Account Settings. Change the Use Cached Exchange Mode to download email to an Outlook data file settings.
2. Run Repair.
