troubleshooting Video issues in Zoom

Case 1: The video is disabled in zoom.

However, if you go to Video Settings,

you do see the video and it works.

Troubleshooting: the problem is the video was set up off on the schedule meeting.

After turn it ion.

The user does have the video now.
