Situation: When the client tries to grante permissions to have the Call-in option in the Teams Meeting, some users are get this error below that they cannot view as they are not in our Organization. He also checked the Meeting Options and its set to “Everyone” so not sure why they cannot see his screen or share video.
Troubleshooting: Looks like he has to turn on “Let anonymous people join a meeting” for them to join.
